Gave notice a couple days late, still almost 2 months in advance mind you. We haves lived at Domain 3201 for a little over a month. We rented the apartment sight unseen from another State and the leasing staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful.

I even made sure that the kitchen and bathrooms were clean when I left. I also have never heard of an apartment complex charging you to paint when that is part of turning an apartment around. I am extremely vexed that they waited until I moved out to charge me knowing it would be my word against theirs. I recommend going elsewhere for housing unless you think you can beat them at their game.
School boundaries are subject to change. Always double check with the school district for most current boundaries. This apartment community was built in 1990 and has 2 stories with 288 units. New owners increased the rent $200 on my lease. Never got a chance to look for a less costly place as I got my renewal 2 days before my lease was up.

I moved to Domain 3201 from Denver a little over a month ago. The staff is very polite and rented my unit to me sight unseen and over the phone. The apartment is everything I was told it was and the amenities are great.

This is the most poorly run apartment complex I have ever lived at. When I moved in there was about 25 pounds of mysterious white powder in my carpet. Not only did they do NOTHING about it, it ruined a brand new vacuum completely trying to clean up, gave my cat permanent breathing problems, and has had god know what effects on my heath. If I had the money to pursue legal action I certainly would. They also charged me $1,000 when I moved out for no other reason than I gave notice a couple days late, still almost 2 months in advance mind you.
However, the worst thing of all is that they take FOREVER with their work orders. The office staff is nice but totally useless. Our roof started leaking not once, but twice, and each time it took over two weeks for it to be 'fixed'.
They made a very stressful time turn into an optimistic and exciting experience. My initial experience was the worst for someone already stressed out about moving and to walk in on day one to a complete and utter mess. Carpets were stained, not clean what so ever. Needless to say not livable on day one of moving in. Now I am pleased that thats behind me and that its all figured out. Domain 3201 has 3 shopping centers within 0.6 miles, which is about a 12-minute walk.
I wish this place would have had reviews before I tried to move here. About a month ago I put down a deposit to hold an apartment and paid the application fee. My apartment was apparently being renovated so I didn't have a chance to even see it before I would move into it. After placing the holding deposit they called me and told me I had 48 hours to sign the lease or I would lose both my application fee and holding deposit. I should have refused to sign anything until the apartment was ready but they made it seem like that was the only option. This is all before I had even moved in or seen the apartment.

It has great amenities and a friendly staff. Great team, always professional and helpful with all issues and concerns, I would recommend to anybody looking for clean safe environment in great location. We are new residents and couldn’t be happier with the staff at Domain 3201.
